课程思政在《全科医学概论》教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：以《全科医学概论》为专业基础,探索课程思政教学对本科学生综合素质培养的效果。项目组自2019年9月起在山东大学2016级临床医学系五年制1、2班120名学生为研究对象,运用新的教学大纲、教学方案,将《全科医学概论》理论授课及社区实践与思政教学有机融合,实现三全育人的理念。课程结束后进行问卷调查、质性访谈。在学生评价调查问卷结果表明教学效果良好,同行专家评价方面获得山东大学2020年度优秀思政教学案例评选三等奖。将基于“课程思政”的教学模式应用到全科医学教学中,使学生在学习专业知识、技能的同时,提升对全科医学的认知度、认同感。增强学生对国情、时政关注度和社会责任感,对健康的概念,医学的目的有了更深刻的理解,医生的职业荣誉感增强,树立了上医医国的职业理想。Based on Introduction to General Practice,this paper explores the effect of ideological and political teaching on the cultivation of undergraduate students'comprehensive quality.Since September 2019,the project team has studied 120 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of the five-year program in the department of clinical medicine,Grade 2016,Shandong University.The new teaching syllabus and teaching scheme were used to organically integrate the theoretical teaching of Introduction to General Practice,community practice and ideological and political teaching,so as to realize the concept of"Three Integrity Education".Questionnaire survey was conducted after the course.The questionnaire of student evaluation showed that the teaching effect is quite good.In terms of peer expert evaluation,we were awarded with the third prize in the selection of excellent ideological and political teaching cases of Shandong University in 2020.Applying teaching model based on the"ideological and political theory education"to the general practice teaching,students in the classroom can learn the professional knowledge and skills while promoting recognition towards general practice and paying more attention to national conditions and current politics.Meanwhile,they will also have a deeper understanding of the concept of health,objective of medicine and professional emotion of doctors,thus setting up the goal of the doctors cure.
