摘 要:目的借助网络多媒体打造翻转课堂教学模式在心血管病本科临床类课程实习带教中的应用,观察教学效果,了解学生的授课反馈,为开展医学生临床实习带教的网络多媒体-翻转课堂教学模式提供新的思路。方法共选取2019年1月—2020年1月进入山东第一医科大学第一附属医院/山东省千佛山医院心内科实习轮转的本科生62名,其中32名采用网络-翻转课堂教学模式为试验组,另30名沿用传统带教模式为对照组,比较两组学生在出科考核成绩和学生满意度等方面的差异。结果基于网络-翻转课堂教学模式下,试验组学生与对照组相比,试验组在病史采集、重点查体、初步诊断、沟通能力、现病史书写等出科考核成绩方面试验组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组学生的各项满意度均在75.00%以上。结论基于网络多媒体-翻转课堂的临床带教模式,能显著提高心血管病学本科实习生的学习效果,提高临床相关专业知识的掌握,有效提升学生的临床思维能力及学生对教学方式的满意度,为医学类院校临床实习阶段一流课程建设提供新的思路。Objective To establish the application of flipped classroom teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of cardiovascular disease undergraduate course by means of network,observe the teaching effect,understand the teaching feedback of students,and provide a new idea for developing the network multimedia flipped classroom teaching mode of clinical practice teaching of medical students.Methods A total of 62 undergraduate students who entered the internship rotation of department of cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University/Shandong Provincial Qianfoshan Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,among which 32 students were in the experimental group using the Internet-flipped classroom teaching mode,and 30 students were in the control group using the traditional teaching mode.The differences between the two groups in terms of exam performance and student satisfaction were compared.Results In the web-based flipped classroom teaching mode,compared with the control group,the experimental group outperformed the control group in medical history collection,key physical examinations,preliminary diagnosis,communication ability,and current medical history writing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degrees of the students in the experimental group were all above 75.00%.Conclusion Based on the network multimedia-flipped classroom clinical teaching mode,which can significantly improve the learning effect of cardiovascular epidemiology undergraduate interns,improve clinical grasp of the relevant professional knowledge,enhance the students'clinical thinking ability,and students'satisfaction in teaching methods,the course construction stage of clinical practice in class for medical provides a new train of thought.
