摘 要:目的研究床旁教学在临床医学教育中的重要性。方法选择2020年1月—2020年12月大连医科大学附属第二医院的学生70名,按照带教方式的不同,分成试验组(床旁教学)和对照组(常规教学),分析两组教学效果。结果试验组学生考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组综合能力[提问能力评分(45.57±3.48)分、思维能力评分(46.51±2.44)分、合作能力评分(43.47±4.35)分、表达能力评分(45.74±3.39)分]优于对照组;试验组学生对带教导师的满意度33/35(94.29%)高于对照组26/35(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对带教方式评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用床旁教育方式对临床医学生开展教育具有重要意义,可提升学生考核成绩、综合能力和学生对带教导师的满意度等。Objective To study the importance of bedside teaching in clinical medical education.Methods A total of 70 students in the Second Hospital of Dalian Medical University in 2020 were divided into experimental group(bedside teaching)and control group(routine teaching)according to different teaching methods,and the teaching effects of the two groups were analyzed.Results The test scores of students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comprehensive ability of the experimental group[questioning ability score(45.57±3.48)points,thinking ability score(46.51±2.44)points,cooperation ability score(43.47±4.35)points and expression ability score(45.74±3.39)points]were better than the control group.The satisfaction degree of the experimental group students to the tutors was 33/35(94.29%)higher than that of the control group 26/35(74.29%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students in the experimental group on the teaching method were higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of bedside education is of great significance for clinical medical students to carry out education,which can improve students'assessment results,comprehensive ability,students'satisfaction with the teaching tutor,etc.
