摘 要:由于煤质偏离设计值和运行中一次风率的提高,某700 MW机组空气预热器投运后出现中、高负荷时冷一次风余量不足、磨煤机冷风调门开度过大的问题,影响了机组的带负荷能力。为解决上述问题,对空气预热器进行换热计算,提出了调整空气预热器转向的处理方案,通过改变一、二次风与传热元件的传热温差,转向调整后一次风出口风温降低了33.39℃,二次风出口风温提高了5.17℃,排烟温度提高了2.21℃,磨煤机冷风调门开度降低了13.20%,基本解决了冷一次风余量不足的问题,提高了锅炉运行的安全性。Due to the deviation of the coal quality from the design value and the increase of primary air rate during operation,after the air preheater of a 700 MW generating unit was put into operation,the cold primary air margin was insufficien at medium and high loads,the cold air regulating valve of the coal mill opened excessively,which affected the load capacity of the generating unit.In order to solve the problems,the heat transfer calculation of the air preheater is carried out,and the treatment scheme of adjusting the rotation direction of the air preheater is put forward.By changing the heat transfer temperature difference between the primary and secondary air and the heat transfer elements,after the adjustment of rotation direction,the air temperature at the outlet of the primary air decreases by 33.39℃,the air temperature at the outlet of the secondary air increases by 5.17℃,the flue gas temperature increases by 2.21℃,the opening degree of the cold air regulating valve of the coal mill decreases by 13.20%,the problem of insufficient cold primary air margin is basically solved,and the safety of boiler operation is improved.
