摘  要:结合印尼某燃煤电站项目施工实践,提出了松卡式千斤顶安装烟囱钢内筒的施工工艺优化方案,在提升平台与烟囱门口之间设计了运料桁架,用于成形板材运输,实现烟囱内筒施工全程流水化。实践证明,所提方案安全可靠,可有效节约施工成本、缩短工期。The construction process scheme of installing the steel inner cylinder for the stack by loose hook jack is put forward in combination with the construction practice of a coal-fired power station project in Indonesia.A material transportation truss is designed between the lifting platform and the stacks'door,which is used for the transportation of formed plates,so as to realize the complete streamline of the construction of the chimney inner cylinder.It has been proved by practice that the proposed scheme is safe and reliable,and can effectively save construction cost,shorten construction period.
