摘 要:为了研究再生细骨料级配和纳米CaCO_(3)含量对混凝土坍落度和抗压强度的影响,选取G1、G2、G3三种级配的再生细骨料以及不同的纳米CaCO_(3)掺量为试验变量,进行坍落度和抗压强度试验。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG-DSC)测试并分析纳米CaCO_(3)对水泥水化反应的影响。结果表明:相较于G1和G2级配,G3级配的再生细骨料混凝土拥有最好的坍落度和抗压强度。纳米CaCO_(3)在掺量适当的情况下可以改善混凝土的坍落度,提高混凝土的抗压强度。当纳米CaCO_(3)掺量为1%时,混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度得到了较为明显的提升,而掺量达到3%时,混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度显著下降。另外,XRD和TG-DSC试验结果表明纳米CaCO_(3)的掺入可以促进水泥的水化反应,达到增强混凝土抗压强度的作用。In order to study the effects of recycled fine aggregate(RFA)gradation and Nano-CaCO3(NC)content on the slump and compressive strength of concrete,the recycled fine aggregate of G1,G2 and G3 and different NC content are selected as test variables to carry out the slump and compressive strength tests.In addition,the effect of NC on cement hydration is tested and analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DSC).The results show that compared with G1 and G2 gradation,G3 gradation recycled fine aggregate concrete has the best slump and compressive strength.NC can improve the slump and compressive strength of concrete when the content is appropriate.When the content of NC is 1%,the slump and compressive strength of concrete are significantly improved.When the content of NC reaches 3%,the slump and compressive strength of concrete are significantly decreased.Moreover,XRD and TG-DSC test results show that the addition of NC can promote the hydration reaction of cement and enhance the compressive strength of concrete.
