摘  要:稀柱框架-核心筒结构体系广泛应用于办公楼、酒店及公寓,具有良好的建筑使用功能。本工程为三亚地区200m超高层办公楼,采用钢筋混凝土稀柱框架-核心筒结构体系,底部采用钢骨混凝土柱。针对本项目风压高、柱跨大、梁限高、悬挑大、高区收进等难点,通过对伸臂桁架布置、地面粗糙度选取、核心筒布置形式、梁截面形式进行多方案对比,对梁端调幅系数合理选用及核心筒刚度折减系数取值计算分析,研究了筒框梁的优化设计措施。通过对稀柱框架-核心筒结构的柱网尺寸及柱截面形式对比分析,初步研究了柱跨经济性及柱截面的适用性。Sparse column frame-corewall structure system is widely used in office buildings,hotels and apartments,and has good building functions.The project is a 200m high-rise office building in Sanya area,which adopts reinforced concrete sparse column frame-corewall structure system,with steel reinforced concrete columns at the bottom.In view of the difficulties of the project,such as high wind pressure,large column spacing,beam height limit,large cantilever and high area retraction,through the comparative analysis of multi schemes for the layout of outrigger truss,the selection of ground roughness,the layout form of core tube and the form of beam section,the reasonable selection of beam end amplitude modulation coefficient and the calculation and analysis of core tube stiffness reduction coefficient,and the optimization design measures of tube frame beam are studied.Through the comparative analysis of column grid size and column section form of sparse column frame-corewall structure,the economic impact of column span and the applicability of column section are preliminarily studied.
