摘  要:严重腰椎退行性疾病的手术治疗“金标准”是腰椎融合术,在治疗过程中需要将受累的腰椎节段进行椎弓根钉(pedicle screw,PS)棒系统内固定和椎间植骨融合。腰椎融合手术的常见并发症是邻近节段退变(adjacent segment degeneration,ASD)。ASD通常会导致患者需要翻修手术进一步融合相邻节段。The finite element method(FEM)is a standard tool to evaluate the biomechanical behavior of the spine,analyze existing implant designs,study patient-specific surgical approach,and further facilitate the design and developing of novel internal fixation systems.By using FEM,various parameters can be studied both independently and in combination.Previous studies have analyzed the effects of changes in material property,internal fixation system design,and surgical approach on the biomechanical characteristics of the lumbar spine.Its research results have proven to be very effective in the selection of the optimal internal fixation system and surgical procedure.This article summarizes the important modeling parameters,existing challenges and limitations of current biomechanical research related to the treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases,which may be of great significance to clarify the direction of further development.
