摘  要:基于Gurtin-Murdoch表/界面模型,研究具有非理想界面的稀土准晶纳米涂层圆夹杂增强复合材料的反平面剪切问题,利用复势法获得夹杂、涂层和基体内的声子场、相位子场的应力和应变的解析解,进一步利用广义自洽法预测具有非理想界面和表界面效应的稀土准晶增强纳米复合材料受反平面机械载荷作用下的有效力学性能。通过数值算例,分析非理想界面参数和表/界面效应对稀土准晶增强纳米复合材料有效力学性能的影响规律。研究表明,当夹杂和涂层的尺寸非常小时,非理想界面和表/界面效应对稀土准晶增强纳米复合材料有效力学性能的影响比较显著。因此,通过改变夹杂和涂层厚度及非理想界面材料参数可有效地提高稀土准晶增强纳米复合材料的有效力学性能。Based on the Gurtin-Murdoch surface/interface model,an antiplane shear problem of a nano-coating circular inclusion in rare earth quasicrystalline reinforced nanocomposites with imperfect interfaces is studied,and the analytical solutions of phonon stresses,phason stresses,phonon displacements and phason displacements in the inclusion,coating and matrix are obtained by the complex potential method.Furthermore,the generalized self-consistent method is used to predict the effective mechanical properties of rare earth quasicrystal reinforced nanocomposites with imperfect interfaces under anti-plane mechanical loading.Numerical examples are provided to analyze the influence of imperfect interface parameters and surface/interface effects on the effective mechanical properties of rare earth quasicrystal reinforced nanocomposites.The results show that when the sizes of inclusions and coatings are very small,the imperfect interface parameters and surface/interface effects have a significant effect on the effective mechanical properties of composites.Therefore,the effective mechanical properties of rare earth quasicrystal reinforced nanocomposites can be enhanced by adjusting the coating thickness and the imperfect interface material parameters.
