摘　　要：深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,回顾总结新时代十年我国足球改革发展成果,主要表现在:推进社会主义足球管理体制变革,推进我国足球基础建设,打造能征善战的中国女足,着力推动中国特色社会主义足球文化建设。新征程背景下,我国足球事业发展面临不少难题,距离人民对足球强国梦的向往和热切期盼还有较大差距,实现我国足球事业全面发展是“加快建设体育强国”的应有之义和必然要求。以党的二十大精神引领新征程我国足球事业全面发展,需要坚持和加强党的全面领导,坚定不移走中国特色社会主义足球发展道路;全面贯彻新发展理念,以足球事业高质量发展破解中国足球三大难题;深化足球体制机制改革,发展全过程人民民主,推进中国足球依法自治;打造能征善战的中国女足,推进中国足球自信自强,增强为国争光能力;强化教育、科技、人才一体化的中国特色社会主义足球战略性支撑力量;营造风清气正的足球文化氛围,弘扬中华体育精神与世界足球共同价值。Through in-depth study and implementation of the 20th CPC National Congress,the achievements of our country’s football reform and development in the past decade in the new era have been reviewed and summarized.It is mainly manifested in a series of contents,namely,promoting the reform of the socialist football management system,updating the construction of our country’s football infrastructure,building a Chinese women’s football with strong competition capabilities,and focusing on advocating the construction of socialist football culture with Chinese characteristics.In the context of the new journey,the development of football in our country faces a large number of dilemmas.There is still a considerable gap between the people’s yearning and eagerness for the dream of a football powerhouse.Realizing the all-round development of China’s football career is the proper meaning and inevitable requirement of“accelerating the construction of a sports power”.Leading the new journey with the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,the basic strategy for the all-round development of our China’s football career covers as below:uphold and strengthen the Party’s overall leadership,and follow the path of socialism of football with Chinese characteristics;fully implement the new development concept and solve the three major problems of Chinese football with the high-quality development of the football career;deepen the reform of the football system and mechanism,develop people’s democracy in the whole process,and promote the autonomy of Chinese football in accordance with the law;build a Chinese women’s football team with strong competitive ability,promote Chinese football’s self-confidence and self-improvement,and enhance the ability to win glory for the country;strengthen the integration of education,science and technology,and talents as a strategic supporting force for socialism football with Chinese characteristics;create an incorruptible football cultural atmosphere and promote the common values of
