摘  要:针对电磁无心磨削过程中套圈易发生变形的问题,提出了一种电磁无心夹具自适应控制方案,通过自适应调节电流的方法调节电磁力,进而补偿磨削力,使支承对套圈的压力稳定在目标值。对电磁无心磨削过程中的套圈进行受力分析,建立受力平衡方程,结合压力传感器、PLC制定了基于模糊PID算法的控制系统。仿真和试验结果表明该系统响应速度快,无超调,加工精度高。Aimed at the problem that the rings are prone to deform during electromagnetic centerless grinding,an adaptive control scheme of electromagnetic centerless fixture is proposed,the electromagnetic force is adjusted by adaptively adjusting the current,and then the grinding force is compensated,so that the pressure of supports on rings is stabilized at target value.The force analysis of rings during electromagnetic centerless grinding is carried out,the force equilibrium equation is established,and a control system based on fuzzy PID algorithm is developed by combining the pressure sensor and PLC.The simulation and test results show that the system has fast response speed,no overshoot and high machining accuracy.
