摘  要:文章针对电池储能一次调频控制策略的优化,结合虚拟下垂与虚拟惯性控制的性能优势,建立电池储能系统一次调频综合控制模式,同时兼顾频率调节需求与SOC保持效果。基于效用曲线设计储能单元自适应控制规律,对储能出力进行优化调节,并进一步计及储能系统内各单元SOC差异状况,设计均衡控制环节,通过功率输出的二次修正,实现各单元调频责任的合理协调。最后,基于仿真模型验证所提自适应控制策略的有效性。This paper focuses on optimizing the primary frequency modulation control strategy for battery energy storage systems by combining the performance advantages of virtual droop and virtual inertial control.A comprehensive primary frequency modulation control mode for battery energy storage systems is established,taking into account both frequency regulation requirements and SOC retention effects.An adaptive control law for the energy storage unit is designed based on the utility curve to optimize and adjust the energy storage output.The SOC differences among the units in the energy storage system are further considered,and a balanced control link is designed to achieve reasonable coordination of the frequency modulation responsibilities of each unit through secondary correction of the power output.The effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control strategy is verified through a simulation model.
