摘　　要：在国内使用后评估的研究基础上,探索面向建筑师创作意图回溯的焦点评估方法,以期拓展使用后评估的应用场景,并为建筑师提供获取客观反馈信息的技术工具。基于“大型公共建筑工程后评估”模板,结合调查与访谈方法回溯建筑师创作意图,构建特定后评估指标框架、对应关系与评估路线,以内蒙古工业大学建筑馆为例,对该模式进行了应用探索。从“集体记忆留存”“建筑教育氛围”“室内气候环境”“整体气质延续”“公共活动领域”5个层面进行后评估,验证了建筑师创作意图的达成效果与不到之处,并以此阐述了后评估方法为建筑创作提供有针对性反馈的前景。On the basis of domestic research on post-occupancy evaluation(POE),we explored the focal evaluation method for reviewing the intentions of architectural practice,in order to expand application scenarios of POE and provide architects with technical tools to acquire objective feedbacks.Based on the template of post occupancy evaluation of large-scale public building pilot projects,combined with the survey and interview methods to trace the architect's designing intentions,a specific POE indicator framework is established and corresponding relationships and evaluation routes were explored,taking the architecture hall of Inner Mongolia University of Technology as an example.This model was explored and evaluated from five aspects:collective memory conservation,architectural education atmosphere,indoor climate environment,continuation of integrity and public activity domain.It verifies the accomplishments and inadequacies of the design,and expounds the prospect of POE to provide focal feedback for architectural practice.
