石斛基因组保守序列特性的生物信息学分析

摘  要:为了探明石斛属植物基因组保守序列的种类和特性,从44096条石斛基因组序列中优选出4320条用作分析材料,分析方法采用本实验室编写的VBA程序。结果表明,保守序列出现频率越高,种类数越少,序列保守性越强,序列之间保守性差距越大;分布频率较高的保守序列可以演变为序列更长的保守序列;15.4%的基因组序列具有SSR,其中GC或CG为基元的SSR最少,TC、CT、GA、AG为基元的SSR最为丰富,随着基元重复次数的增加,SSR的频率逐渐下降。此VBA程序可以用于其他任何基因组分析,分析结果将有助于分子标记引物设计、相关基因克隆和遗传多样性研究,也为进一步探索基因组作用机理提供了依据。The 4320 nucleotide sequences were selected from 44096 nucleotide sequences of Dendrobium genome for analyzing the types and characteristics of the conserved sequences by the VBA programs which were written by our lab.The results showed the more frequency of conserved sequences,the less of the kinds of conserved sequences,and the more conservative feature of sequences,the more difference of the conservative feature.The conserved sequences could evolve into the more bases conserved sequences.There were SSR in 15.4%genome sequences.The number of GC or CG motif SSR were minimum,and the number of TC,CT,GA or AG motif SSR were maximum.As number of motif increased the frequency of SSR fell.The VBA programs in the paper can be used for studying of any genome,and the results will contribute to colon of relevant gene,the research of genetic diversity and exploring of genome mechanism.
