摘 要:选取420名医学院大学生,采用线上调查形式,从基本信息、参与程度、线上课程的影响因素、情绪状态及睡眠五个方面进行测评,探讨医学生线上教学效果及其影响因素。研究结果发现:安徽医科大学大多数学生线上学习课程超过6门,平均线上学习时长约3—5小时,大部分同学更喜欢线下教学;线上学习的影响因素以缺少学习气氛、网络卡顿、缺乏学习兴趣为主。进一步根据性别、年级分层分析显示:男性大学生主观参与度显著高于女性大学生,大一学生线上学习主观参与度比大二学生高,大二学生焦虑抑郁水平显著高于大一学生。因此,安徽医科大学医学生尚未适应线上教学的方式,而医学教育具有需要终生教育的特点,线上教学作为自主学习的主要方式,可能成为未来医学教育的新方向。This study selected 420 medical college students and evaluated them from five aspects including basic information,degree of participation,influencing factors of online courses,emotional state and sleep through online survey to explore the effect of online teaching and its influencing factors.The results show that most medical college students take more than 6 online courses,and the average online learning duration is about 3-5 hours.Most students prefer offline teaching.Factors affecting online learning include lack of learning atmosphere,network delay and lack of interest in learning.Further stratified analysis shows that the subjective participation of male college students is significantly higher than that of female college students,the subjective participation of freshmen in online learning is higher than that of sophomores,and the level of anxiety and depression of sophomores is significantly higher than that of freshmen.Based on this,todays medical students have not adapted to online teaching,and medical education is characterized by lifelong education.Online teaching,as the main way of independent learning,may become a new direction of medical education in the future by actively promoting online teaching.
