摘  要:基于生物基因组学数据库,对鸭胆碱激酶α(Choline kinaseα,CHKA)基因进行生物信息学分析,同时研究CHKA的定位。结果显示,鸭CHKA共编码氨基酸477个,蛋白分子式为C_(2304)H_(3565)N_(605)O_(657)S_(22),相对分子质量为50957.63,理论等电点为6.70,脂肪系数为77.07。同源性分析发现,其与鹅的同源性为99.3%,与疣鼻天鹅的同源性为99.1%,与红色原鸡的同源性为93.7%,与其他动物的同源性为74%~92%。CHKA蛋白无信号肽,具有2个低复杂度结构域,二级结构以α螺旋为主。亚细胞定位表明,CHKA在胞外含量最高,在细胞核和胞浆中含量较多,在细胞其他位置也有分布。预测结果为进一步研究鸭CHKA基因及其编码蛋白的结构和生物学功能提供参考依据。The Choline kinaseα(CHKA)gene in duck was analyzed by bioinformatics based on Biogenomics database,and the location of CHKA was also studied.The results showed that duck CHKA encoded 477 amino acids,protein molecular formula C_(2304)H_(3565)N_(605)O_(657)S_(22),relative molecular weight 50957.63,theoretical isoelectric point 6.70,fat coefficient 77.07.Homology analysis found that it has 99.3%homology with geese,99.1%homology with mute swans,93.7%homology with red prairie fowl,and 74%to 92%homology with other animals.CHKA protein has no signal peptide,two low complexity domains,and its secondary structure is dominated byαhelix.Subcellular localization showed that the extracellular content of CHKA was the highest in the nucleus and cytoplasm,and also distributed in other locations of the cell.The prediction results will provide important references for further study of the structure and biological function of duck CHKA gene and its encoded protein.
