摘　　要：为了解认知障碍患者及照料者负担的现状,分析照料者负担的影响因素,以采取措施减轻照料者负担。收集了国内外照料者负担相关研究进展的文献,从认知障碍患者及照料者的现状、照料负担的产生、影响因素、干预措施等方面作综述。结果发现,认知障碍患者的照料者存在明显的心理和生理负担。因此,认知障碍患者的照料者负担较重,影响因素是多方面的,应予以干预。To understand the current situation of burden of patients with cognitive impairment and caregivers,and analyze the influencing factors of caregiver burden,so as to take measures to reduce caregiver burden.This paper collected the domestic and foreign literature on the research progress of caregiver burden,and reviewed the current situation of patients with cognitive impairment and their caregivers,the generation of caregiver burden,influencing factors,and intervention measures.The caregivers of patients with cognitive impairment had obvious psychological and physiological burden.The burden of caregivers of patients with cognitive impairment is heavy,and the influencing factors are various,which should be intervened.
