摘  要:为得到符合生产、装配等工艺需求和其他基本设计目标的结构,取得更好的分纸效果,以激光打印机定影分纸器为研究对象开展结构优化设计。首先,根据功能需求和装配位置设计定影分纸器结构,并详细分析其工作原理和结构特征;其次,在整机内部温度场分析的基础上得到分纸器的温度分布数据,并基于此数据对分纸器进行热力耦合计算得到定影分纸器的应力分布和变形情况;最后,以结构的热力耦合响应为约束条件,考虑生产、装配工艺需求和制造成本,采用协同优化策略对分纸器的结构进行优化设计,得到最优尺寸和结构方案。面向生产实际,开展了一个完整的结构设计与优化过程。其中,热力耦合分析结果可作为产品结构设计与优化的基础数据,还可用于预测零件在使用后的变形量,从而合理确定零件的图纸尺寸。In order to obtain the structure that meets the requirements of production process,assembly and other design objectives,and achieve better separation effect.First,according to the functional requirements and assembly position,the structure of the fuser separator is designed.Second,the temperature distribution data of the fuser separator are obtained based on the analysis of the internal temperature field of the whole printer,and based on this data,the thermo-mechanical coupling calculation is carried out to get the stress distribution and deformation of the fuser separator.Finally,taking the thermo-mechanical coupling response of the structure as the constraints,considering the technological requirements of production and assembly as well as the manufacturing cost,the collaborative optimization strategy is used to optimize the structure of the fuser separator,and the optimal size and structural scheme are obtained.In this paper,a complete process of structural design and optimization is carried out for production practice.The thermo-mechanical coupling analysis results can be used as the basic data of structural design and optimization,and can also be used to predict the deformation of parts after use,so as to determine the drawing dimensions of parts reasonably.
