摘 要:端部电磁场的计算是发电机端部涡流分布、温度分布、电磁计算的重要基础,通常采用的时步有限元分析计算一个工频周期的端部磁场需要耗费很长时间,因此提出一个新的计算方法,为端部电磁计算提供新思路。文中以250MW空冷发电机为研究对象,首先建立了发电机端部结构的三维有限元模型;然后,针对端部电磁仿真瞬态仿真耗时长的问题,提出了用稳态的时谐仿真代替瞬态仿真,并结合场内型式试验结果对各机型进行横向对比,验证了计算方法的可行性和准确性;最后,结合不同压圈材料下的涡流损耗计算结果进行分析,为工程设计提供一定参考。The calculation of the end electromagnetic field is an important basis of the eddy current distribution,temperature distribution and electromagnetic calculation at the end of the generator.The time-step finite element analysis used to calculate the end magnetic field of a power frequency cycle usually takes a long time.Therefore,a new calculation method was put forward to provide a new idea for the end electromagnetic calculation.Firstly,taking the 250MW air-cooled generator as the research object,established the three-dimensional finite element model of the generator end structure.Secondly,in view of the long timeconsuming problem of the end electromagnetic simulation transient simulation,replaced the transient-state simulation with steady-state time-harmonic simulation.Based on the results of the in-field type test,a horizontal comparison of various models was carried out to verify the feasibility and accuracy of the calculation method.Finally,the calculation results of eddy current loss under different pressure ring materials were analyzed to provide a certain reference for engineering design.
