摘  要:针对现有的电动汽车电机在使用过程中由于超负荷运行时,灰尘“热吸附”在电机外部堆积过多,由于电机自身发热导致电机温升过高,缩短了电机的绝缘寿命。提出一种具有自洁功能的电机设计方案,采用减速机构将电机的转速控制在电机的负载范围内,减少超负荷运行对电机的损害;同时采用通风口散热和除灰机构除去通风口的灰尘,避免灰尘进入外壳对电机的散热造成影响。对该电机设计结合温升实验研究分析,设计结果有效的改善了电机运行环境,解决了电机整体性能不稳定的问题,又延长了电机的使用寿命。For the existing electric vehicle motor in the process of use due to overload operation,dust“thermal adsorption”accumulation on the outside of the motor too much,due to the motor itself heating motor motor temperature rise is too high,shorten the insulation life of the motor.A motor design scheme with self-cleaning function is proposed.The speed of the motor is controlled within the load range of the motor by a deceleration mechanism to reduce the damage to the motor caused by overload operation.At the same time,it adopts vent heat dissipation and flight removal mechanism to remove the dust in the vent,so as to avoid the influence of dust entering the shell on the heat dissipation of the motor.Combining the design of the motor with the experimental study of temperature rise,the design results can effectively improve the operating environment of the motor,solve the problem of the overall performance instability of the motor,and prolong the service life of the motor.
