摘　　要：企业是我国人造板行业技术创新的主体,在企业营造良好的撰写科技论文的氛围,对促进行业技术交流与进步,提升我国人造板行业国际竞争力等都有积极的作用。在解析论文的定义与特点的基础上,结合我国人造板行业现状,阐述企业技术和管理人员撰写论文的意义与常见问题,探讨撰写论文的要点及注意事项,以期为人造板企业从业人员撰写论文提供参考。The enterprises are the core subject of innovation in China's wood-based panel industry.To encourage enterprises to write scientific papers can promote technological exchange and progress,and improve the international competitiveness of wood-based panel industry.The definition and characteristics of the scientific papers were analyzed.Combined with the current status of China's wood-based panel industry,the paper expounded the significance,common problems,key points and precautions of scientific paper for employees of wood-based panel enterprise.It was hoped to provide references for the employees of wood-based panel enterprises.
