摘　　要：水安全事关国家的长治久安。经过多年努力,湖南在提升水安全保障能力方面取得了显著成绩,但在防汛抗旱、饮水、用水、河湖生态等水安全保障方面仍然面临严峻挑战。湖南要坚持问题导向,着力提升防汛抗旱能力、饮水供给能力、用水保障能力、河湖生态修复能力及水利治理现代化能力。Water security is a matter related to the long-term national stability.After years of efforts,Hunan has made remarkable achievements in improving the capability to safeguard water security,but still faces severe challenges in flood control and drought relief,drinking water,water use,river and lake ecology and other aspects of safeguarding water security.Hunan should adhere to the problem orientation,and strive to improve the capabilities of flood control and drought relief,drinking water supply,guaranteed water security,river and lake ecological restoration,and water conservancy management modernization.
