摘 要:地面公交系统低碳化发展是我国道路交通领域降低碳排放、城市交通出行结构转型的必由路径。当前,我国地面公交系统正面临长期政策利好,公交车辆能源清洁化转型。面向未来,地面公交低碳化发展亟待应对充电设施环境建设、车辆全周期管理体系建设、城市交通减排协同机制建设三大挑战。综上,借鉴英国、法国、美国、日本等国家经验,提出我国地面公交发展路径建议。一是把握“新基建”重大机遇,建设完备的地面公交充电设施网络;二是融入城市能源互联网建设,推进新能源公交节能减耗、用电清洁;三是推进电池核心技术突破,减少新能源公交车辆全生命周期碳排放;四是实现地面公交高品质发展,为减少城市交通系统碳排放提供坚实底座。The low-carbon development of urban bus system is the only way forward in reducing carbon emission from road transportation and changing urban traffic travel structure.Currently,the development of China's urban bus system is facing long-term policy benefits,and the bus energy is transforming to clean.In the future prospect,this paper proposed three challenges of the low-carbon development of urban bus system,respectively were charging facility environment,vehicle lifecycle management and urban transportation collaborative emission reduction.Meanwhile,drawing the experience from Britain,France,the United States and Japan,this paper summarized three kinds of urban bus development advice.First,bus operators should seize the great opportunity of'new infrastructure'to build a complete network of ground bus charging facilities.Secondly,bus operators should promote the new energy bus energy consumption reduction and clean electricity,integrating into the urban energy internet construction.Thirdly,bus producers should promote breakthroughs in battery core technology to reduce carbon emissions from the whole life cycle of new energy bus.Finally,urban management departments should promote the realization of high-quality development of surface public transportation to provide a solid foundation for reducing the carbon emissions of urban transportation system.
