摘　　要：重大突发事件或长期紧张情绪蓄积会引发个体生理、情绪和行为方面的应激反应,如不及时进行有效干预,将严重损害心理健康,导致失控行为,危及生命和运输生产安全。文章从心理危机干预闭环管理全过程,对铁路企业心理危机干预机制的构建进行了思考。Major emergencies or long-term accumulation of tension will lead to individual physical,emotional and behavioral stress response,if not timely and effective intervention,will seriously damage mental health,lead to uncontrolled behavior,endanger life and transportation production safety.This paper discusses the construction of psychological crisis intervention mechanism in railway enterprises from the whole process of closed-loop management of psychological crisis intervention.
