摘　　要：保税物流在我国实施开放战略,推动自由贸易试验区、海南自由贸易港、中国国际进口博览会等方面发挥着重要的作用,尤其是在稳外贸及供应链安全方面起到举足轻重的作用,国家构建的综合保税区是面向全球发展高科技产业的聚集地,而配套的保税物流功能可以有效的降低发展高科技产业运营成本,为此以综合保税区为核心发展保税物流前景良好,希望各级管理部门多关心支持保税物流的发展,从事保税物流业务的企业要有信心发展保税物流,助力国家的改革开放战略,为吸引更多的外资将产业布局在中国,为稳外贸做出积极的贡献。Bonded logistics plays an important role in the opening-up strategy of China,promoting Pilot Free Trade Zone,Hainan Free Trade Port and China International Import Expo,especially in stabilizing foreign trade and supply chain security.State built comprehensive bonded zone is a gathering place for the globally oriented high-tech industries and bonded logistics as its supporting function can effectively reduce the operation cost of those industries.Bonded logistics with comprehensive bonded area as its core has a promising prospect,its growth will benefit immensely from the support of all relevant governing bodies.Companies with bonded logistics business should have confidence in its future,making contributions to the reform and opening-up strategy,attracting foreign investment and stabilizing foreign trade.
