摘　　要：间充质干细胞是一群具有自我更新、多向分化潜能的成体多能干细胞,同时还具有强大的免疫调控能力。临床研究已证实间充质干细胞在多种生物医学学科中发挥着重要作用,在多种皮肤病的研究治疗中也受到了广泛的关注。本文综述间充质干细胞在自身免疫相关皮肤病的研究应用,同时探讨间充质干细胞的可能作用机制。Mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)are a group of adult pluripotent stem cells with the potential of self-renewal and multidirectional differentiation.Clinical studies have proved that MSC play an important role in a variety of biomedical disciplines,and have attracted extensive attention in the research and treatment of a variety of skin diseases.We review the application of MSC in autoimmune skin diseases,and discuss the possible mechanism of MSC.
