摘　　要：变应原特异性免疫疗法(AIT)是治疗过敏性疾病的唯一对因方法,目前已有90多年的历史,代表了一种针对过敏性疾病的治疗及预防性疫苗。近年来为减少不良反应,提高疫苗疗效,正在开发新型变应原疫苗,包括修饰变应原疫苗、重组变应原疫苗、变应原核酸疫苗、基于干细胞或抗体免疫的变应原疫苗等。除此之外,新式免疫佐剂的应用也增强了变应原疫苗的疗效,拥有广阔的发展前景。Allergen specific immunotherapy is the only etiological method for the treatment of allergic diseases,which has a history of more than 90 years.It represents as a therapeutic and preventive vaccine against allergic diseases.In recent years,in order to reduce side effects and to improve the vaccine efficacy,new allergen vaccines are being developed,including modified allergen vaccines,recombinant allergen vaccines,allergen nucleic acid vaccines,and allergen vaccines based on stem cells or antibody immunity.In addition,the application of new immune adjuvants also enhances the efficacy of allergen vaccines,which has a promising future.
