摘　　要：建立健全现代科研院所制度是深化科技体制改革的关键,作为中央级农业科研机构应立足主体定位,聚焦核心使命,优化研究领域布局。文章以中国热带农业科学院湛江实验站为例,分析其重组动物科学研究发展环境和基础,提出打造国家热带动物战略科技力量的设想和对策,以期为农业科研机构改革发展提供借鉴。To establish and perfect the system of modern scientific research institutes is the key to deepen the reform of scientific and technological system.Taking Zhanjiang Experimental Station of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences as an example,this paper analyzes the development environment and foundation of animal science research,and puts forward some ideas and countermeasures for building a national tropical animal strategic science and Technology Force,in order to provide reference for the reform and development of agricultural scientific research institutions.
