摘 要:针对直升机的经济可承受性设计与管理方法进行了研究。首先,介绍了设计决策的支持方法;其次,阐述了直升机经济可承受性设计准则、要素、子模型和参数之间的细分方法;然后,叙述了敏感性分析和程序优化方法;最后,论述了一体化产品和过程开发权衡流程和方法,实现了直升机的经济可承受性设计与管理。使用该方法未必能精确地计算出直升机的真正费用,但利用文中的评估准则及计算方法思想,基于产品固有的设计性能和可用性,就能计算两个或多个产品的利用率,得出它们之间的差异,从而确定哪个产品的经济可承受性更好,可以为新机型的经济可承受性设计与管理提供指导。The design and management methods of helicopter economic affordability are studied.Firstly,the supporting method of design decision is introduced.Next,the subdivision methods among the criteria,elements,submodels and parameters of helicopter economic affordability design are expounded.Then,the sensitivity analysis and program optimization methods are described.Finally,the tradeoff process and method of integrated product and process development are discussed,and the economic affordability design and management of helicopter are realized.It may not be possible to calculate the real cost of the helicopter by using this method,but by using the evaluation criteria and calculation method ideas,based on the inherent design performance and availability of products,the utilization rate of two or more products can be calculated,and the differences between them can be obtained,so as to determine which product is more affordable.It can provide guidance for the economical affordability design and management of new models.
