摘　　要：为了强化对DO-160标准B类结冰试验方法的理解,改善目前实施B类结冰试验方法时存在的典型局限问题,在应用实施层面为贯彻B类结冰试验提供支撑,对DO-160标准B类结冰试验方法的应用进行了研究。分析B类结冰环境应力特征,深入地理解标准步骤,按照霜冰环境应力的产生过程来细化试验程序,并基于试验设备的控制能力来优化结冰试验程序。按照优化后的试验程序,对某型旋翼轨迹传感器开展了基于DO-160标准的B类结冰试验。结果表明,将优化后的试验程序作为实施步骤,满足标准中对被试品施加结冰环境应力的技术要求,符合实际的霜冰形成到融化的过程。有助于试验人员按标准要求利用温湿度低气压试验设备实现霜冰环境应力的施加,为深入地理解结冰试验相关标准建立了基础。In order to strengthen the understanding of category B icing test of DO-160 standard,improve the typical limitations of implementing category B icing test methods,and provide support for the implementation of category B icing test at the application and implementation level,the application of category B icing test of DO-160 standard is studied.The stress characteristics of category B icing environment are analyzed.The procedures in the standard are understood in-depth,the test procedure is refined according to the frost and ice environmental stress generation process,and the icing test procedure is optimized based on the control capability of the test equipment.According to the optimized test procedure,the category B icing test based on DO-160 standard is carried out for a rotor trajectory sensor.The test results show that the optimized test procedure as the implementation step can meet the technical requirements of applying icing environmental stress to the test subjects in the standard,and conform to the actual formation to melting process of frost ice.It is helpful for test personnel to realize the application of frost and ice environmental stress by using temperature,humidity and low pressure test equipment according to the standard requirements,and establishes the foundation for in-depth understanding of the related standards of icing test.
