摘  要:基于Flowmaster软件,建立一整套汽轮机全电动主油泵润滑油系统的静态配平和动态仿真模型.仿真结果表明:系统在主、辅油泵切换,以及紧急直流油泵与交流油泵切换的过程中,自力式溢油阀随着润滑油系统母管压力的变化自动调整阀门开度,进而调整泄油量,母管压力始终维持在额定值附近.自力式溢油阀压力反馈点设在润滑油系统母管处可以改善系统油压波动情况;系统设置蓄能器可以降低切泵时母管油压波动的程度,以避免轴承瞬时断油;通过仿真确定了该系统配置2台100L的蓄能器可以满足润滑油系统各工况的运行需求.Based on Flowmaster software,a model with static balancing and dynamic simulation was established for the lubricating oil system with electric main oil pumps in a set of steam turbines.Simulation results show that,during the switching process between the alternating current(AC)main and auxiliary oil pumps,and between the direct current(DC)emergency oil pump and the AC oil pump,the valve opening can be automatically controlled by the self-operated oil overflow valve with the change of the main-pipeline pressure of the lubricating oil system,so as to adjust the discharge oil flow,while the main-pipeline pressure can be maintained in the rated value.The oil pressure fluctuation of the lubricating oil system can be improved through the setting of the pressure sampling point of the self-operated oil overflow valve in the main-pipeline of the lubricating oil system.The fluctuation of the main-pipeline oil pressure can be alleviated with the accumulator during the switching process of pumps.The operation requirements of the lubricating oil system under different conditions can be satisfied by the setting of two accumulators with 100 L volume through simulations.
