摘　　要：通过检测发现一起9E燃气轮机9A5发电机转子的缺陷,分析该型号发电机转子在设计上存在的不足,同时介绍发电机转子缺陷的处理方法.结果表明:采用八角度静止测量方法可以进一步确认缺陷位置,通过改进工艺消除此类缺陷,可以满足燃气轮机发电机组频繁起动的要求.To eliminate the fault founded in the detection for the 9A5 generator rotor in a 9E gas turbine,the design defect of this type of generator rotor was analyzed,and the treatment for the fault of the generator rotor was introduced.Results show that,the fault location can be further confirmed by the static measurement with eight angles,and this type of fault can be eliminated through improving the process.This may satisfy the requirements of the frequent start-up in the gas turbine generator units.
