摘  要:介绍某350MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的点火风道结构及配风方式,对锅炉首次点火过程中出现浇注料大面积脱落、点火风道烧损等问题进行分析探讨,通过调整油枪出力、合理分配燃烧器风量、优化逻辑等措施可以有效防止CFB锅炉床下点火燃烧器事故的发生,为同类型机组的调试、运行提供参考.An introduction was conducted on the structure of ignition air duct and the mode of air distribution of a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler,and analyses and discussions were carried out for the castable shedding with large area and the burnout of the ignition air duct in the first ignition process of the boiler.The accident of the under-bed ignition burner in the CFB boiler can be effectively prevented by adopting following measures,such as adjusting the output of oil gun,distributing the air reasonably for the burners,optimizing the logic,etc.This may serves as a reference for the debugging and operation of the similar boilers.
