北京市西城区牛街社区2017-2021年0~6岁散居儿童健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析北京市西城区牛街社区2017—2021年0~6岁散居儿童健康状况。方法回顾分析北京市西城区牛街社区卫生服务中心2017年1月至2021年12月就诊的7561例散居儿童健康状态。结果各年份的纯母乳喂养无明显差异。随着年份变化,低体重、生长迟缓、消瘦、超重、肥胖减少,新发、既往听力损失减少,轻度、中度贫血减少,患龋、矫治减少,视力低常减少,先天性心脏病、发育性髋关节发育不良减少。5年内未检出佝偻病。结论2017-2021年0~6岁散居儿童的健康水平逐年升高,体格发育情况逐步变好,听力损失发生率下降,贫血发生率、龋齿发生率、低常发生率、先天性心脏病发生率逐步下降。Objective To analyze the health status of scattered children aged 0 to 6 years in Niujie Community,Xicheng District,Beijing from 2017 to 2021.Methods From January 2017 to December 2021,the health status of 7561 scattered children admitted to Niujie Community Health Service Center of Xicheng District in Beijing City was retrospectively analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the number of exclusive breastfeeding cases by year.With the change of years,the low body weight,growth retardation,emaciation,overweight and obesity decreased,the new and previous hearing loss decreased,the mild and moderate anemia decreased,the caries and orthotics decreased,the low visual acuity decreased,the congenital heart disease and developmental hip dysplasia decreased.No rickets were detected in 5 years.Conclusion The health level of scattered children aged 0-6 years increase year by year from 2017 to 2021,the physical development gradually improves,the incidence of hearing loss decreases,the incidence of anemia,dental caries,low visual acuity and conge nital heart disease gradually decreases.
