摘　　要：目的比较不同抗菌药物用药方案治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月兰陵县人民医院收治的100例支气管肺炎患儿,按照奇偶数分组法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法+头孢美唑钠治疗,观察组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法+阿莫西林舒巴坦钠治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及肺功能。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肺功能指标均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法+阿莫西林舒巴坦钠治疗小儿支气管肺炎,可提高临床治疗效果,改善肺功能,促进患儿康复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effects of different antibacterial drug regimens in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to odd-even grouping method.The control group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy+Cefmetazole Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Azithromycin sequential therapy+Amoxicillin Sulbactam Sodium.The clinical therapeutic effect and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,lung function indexes in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy+Amoxicillin Sulbactam Sodium in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and lung function,and promote the rehabilitation of children,which is worthy of clin ical application.
