摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在住院患儿24 h尿标本留取护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月百色市人民医院收治的50例住院患儿,均留取24 h尿标本。将2020年1月至12月实施常规护理的25例患儿纳入对照组,2021年1月至12月患儿实施PDCA循环护理模式的25例患儿纳入研究组,比较两组24 h尿标本留取合格情况及护理满意度。结果研究组24 h尿标本留取总合格率、护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环护理模式应用于住院患儿24 h尿标本留取中,可以提高留取合格率,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in the nursing of 24 h urine specimen retention of hospitalized children.Methods A total of 50 hospitalized children admitted to Baise People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and 24 h urine specimen were collected.A total of 25 children who was given routine nursing from January to December 2020 were included in the control group,and 25 children who was given PDCA cycle nursing model from January to December 2021 were included in the study group.The qualification of 24 h urine specimen retention and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total qualified rate of 24 h urine specimen retention and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle nursing model in the retention of 24 h urine specimen of hospitalized children can improve the qualification rate of retention and improve nursing satisfaction.
