中医护理对产妇泌乳量和母乳喂养率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医护理对产妇泌乳量和母乳喂养率的影响。方法选取2022年2月至2023年1月滨州市滨城区杨柳雪镇卫生院收治的86例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和观察组(43例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理。比较两组泌乳情况、泌乳始动时间及母乳喂养率。结果观察组泌乳量及泌乳素水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组泌乳始动时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理在产妇中的应用,可有效增加泌乳量,提高泌乳素水平,缩短泌乳始动时间并提高母乳喂养率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on maternal lactation volume and breastfeeding rate.Methods A total of 86 parturients admitted to Yangliuxue Town Health Center of Bincheng District of Binzhou City from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The lactation situation,lactation initiation time and breastfeeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results The lactation volume and prolactin level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The initial time of lactation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in parturients can effectively increase the volume of lactation,improve the level of prolactin,shorten the initial time of lactation and improve th e rate of breastfeeding,which is worthy of promotion.
