摘　　要：目的探讨门诊儿童保健管理系统在体弱儿中的实践效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年9月杭州钱塘新区白杨街道闻潮社区卫生服务中心儿科门诊收治的1376例体弱儿作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为观察组(681例)和对照组(695例)。观察组应用门诊儿童保健管理系统,对照组应用常规门诊管理。比较两组体弱儿分级及家属负面情绪。结果干预后,两组体弱儿分级低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊儿童保健管理系统在体弱儿中的应用,可有效改善体弱儿分级,缓解患儿家属负面情绪,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the practice effect of outpatient children health care management system in frail children.Methods A total of 1376 frail children admitted to the Outpatient Department of Pediatrics of Wenchao Community Health Service Center of Baiyang Street of Qiantang New District of Hangzhou City from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group(681 cases)and the control group(695 cases)according to the random lottery metho d.The observation group used outpatient children health care management system,and the control group used conventional outpatient management.The grades of frail children and negative emotions of family members were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the grade of frail children in both groups was lower than that before intervention,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of outpatient children health care management system in frail children can effectively improve the grade of frail children,relieve the negative emotions of children’s family members,and is worth popularizing and applying.
