摘 要:以四硫-丙烯酸锌(SZDA)和碳纳米管(CNTs)制备了离子交联碳纳米管/丁苯橡胶复合材料,采用溶液共混和机械共混法解决了碳纳米管在橡胶基体中因团聚而造成电导率降低的可能,获得了具有电磁屏蔽性和可回收性的双功能复合材料,加入20 wt%CNTs时材料的屏蔽效能达27.29 dB.还探究了厚度对屏蔽性能的影响,当厚度由1 mm增至3 mm时,10 wt%CNTs/SBR材料的屏蔽性能从21.01 dB增至33.42 dB.此外,通过溶剂回收法对交联橡胶进行回收,再以ZnO作为交联剂对回收橡胶重新加工,虽然再加工复合材料的屏蔽性能有所降低,但降低幅度不超过10 dB,仍具有良好电磁屏蔽性.In this paper,ionic cross-linked carbon nanotubes/butadiene rubber composites were prepared using tetrasulfide-zinc acrylate(SZDA)and carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The solution blending and mechanical blending methods were used to solve the potential reduction of conductivity due to agglomeration of carbon nanotubes in the rubber matrix,that to obtained bi-functional composites with electromagnetic shielding and recyclability.The shielding efficiency of the material reached 27.29 dB at 20 wt%CNTs/SBR.The effect of thickness on the shielding performance was also explored,when the thickness increased from 1 mm to 3 mm,the shielding effectiveness of 10 wt%CNTs/SBR increased from 21.01 dB to 33.42 dB.In addition,the shielding performance of the cross-linked rubber was reduced by solvent recycling and reprocessing of the recycled rubber with ZnO,the reduction was not more than 10 dB,which still had good electromagnetic shielding properties.
