摘 要:以Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O为铝源,Na_(2)SO_(4)、K_(2)SO_(4)为熔盐体系,γ-纳米氧化铝为添加剂,采用熔盐法制备小粒径的片状氧化铝.小粒径的片状氧化铝不仅能填补陶瓷表面微孔,还能抵制有机物在固化收缩过程中的裂纹扩展.将制得的片状氧化铝粉体与聚乙烯醇、硅溶胶溶液复配,制备出了新型陶瓷表面处理剂.探究不同条件下片状氧化铝的生长机理以及小粒径片状氧化对建筑陶瓷防污防滑性能影响.结果表明,当γ-纳米氧化铝的添加量为4 wt.%时,1100℃烧结,制得的片状氧化铝形貌规则,粒径分布均匀,粒径小,平均尺寸约2~5μm;当片状氧化铝含量为1 wt.%,陶瓷表面处理剂用量为40 g/m^(2+)时,片状氧化铝有效地对陶瓷表面微孔进行了填堵,并在表面构建起粗糙结构,陶瓷的防污等级可达到五级,湿法静摩擦系数达到0.55,洗刷20000次后,防污防滑性能仍保持稳定.In this paper,Al_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)·18H_(2)O was used as aluminum source,γ-nano-alumina was used as additive,to prepare flaky alumina in the composite molten salt system ofNa_(2)SO_(4)、K_(2)SO_(4).The small particle size of flake alumina enables it to fill the micropores on the ceramic surface and resist crack expansion of organic matter during the curing shrinkage process.This study aimed to develop a new ceramic surface treatment agent by compounding flake alumina powder with polyvinyl alcohol and silica sol solution.The research investigated the growth mechanism of flake alumina under varying conditions and evaluated the impact of small particle size flake oxide on the anti-fouling and anti-slip properties of architectural ceramics.The results indicate that whenγ-nano alumina is added at 4 wt.%and sintered at 1100℃,the produced flake alumina has a regular morphology,uniform particle size distribution,and small particle size with an average size of about 2~5μm.By adding 1 wt.%of flake alumina and using 40 g/m^( 2) of ceramic surface treatment agent,the flake alumina effectively fills the micro-pores on the ceramic surface and improves the anti-fouling grade of the ceramic to grade V.The wet static friction coefficient also increases to 0.55,and the anti-fouling and anti-slip performance remain stable after 20000 times of washing and brushing.
