摘  要:固硫灰渣可作为水泥掺和料减少水泥的消耗,但其自身的特性不足以满足建材资源化利用的要求.本研究通过引入无机激发剂和改变固硫灰渣复配含量的方式实现对固硫灰渣的活性激发,对比二者的成分组成,分析无机激发剂与固硫灰渣的激发作用对水泥胶砂抗压强度和流动度比的影响,并探索其中的作用机理.研究结果表明,在添加1.2%无机激发剂的基础上,将细灰与细渣以最佳的配比(6∶4)作为水泥掺和料,水泥胶砂的流动度比为105%,3 d的抗压强度为22.1 MPa,相比于细灰或细渣单独使用时,使抗压强度保持在较高的水平,同时有效提高了体系的流动度比,促进了固硫灰渣的资源化利用.Fluidized bed combustion ash(FBC)can be used as concrete mixture to reduce cement consumption,but its own characteristics are not enough to meet the requirements of resource utilization of building materials.By introducing inorganic activator and changing the compound content of FBC,the activity of FBC is stimulated.The composition of tinorganic activator and FBC is compared.The influence of inorganic activator and FBC on the compressive strength and fluidity ratio of cement mortar is analyzed,and the action mechanism is explored.The results show that on the basis of adding 1.2%inorganic activator,when the ratio of FBC mixture is 6∶4,the fluidity ratio of cement mortar is 105%,and the compressive strength of 3 days is 22.1 MPa.Compared with the use of FBC alone,it keeps the compressive strength at a high level and effectively improves the fluidity ratio of the system,which promotes the resource utilization of sulfur fixing ash.
