摘 要:以灵宝小秦岭金矿区金矿废石为研究对象,系统分析研究了废石的化学成分、矿物组成、结构构造、主要金属矿物嵌布特征和赋存状态等工艺矿物学特征。结果表明:金矿废石潜在有用矿物为金、石英和长石,金以微细粒自然金为主,与黄铁矿、方铅矿和脉石矿物具有较高的相关度。在选矿工艺上,废石富集金不宜采用重选工艺,可采用浮选等工艺;提取石英、长石的原则流程包括脱泥和磁选除铁;而废石作为砂石骨料利用前要进行除硫。该研究可为灵宝小秦岭金矿区金矿废石选矿工艺选择和实现废石的资源化、无尾化,提高资源综合利用率提供理论依据。Taking the gold mine waste rock in Xiaoqinling gold mining district in Lingbao as the research object,the process mineralogical characteristics of waste rock such as chemical composition,mineral composition,texture and structure,embedding characteristics,and occurrence state of main metal minerals are systematically analyzed.The results show that the potentially useful minerals of gold mine waste rocks are gold,quartz,and feldspar,and gold is mainly fine-grained native gold,which has a high correlation with pyrite,galena,and gangue minerals.For the mineral processing technology,gravity separation is not suitable for gold enrichment from the waste rock,and flotation can be used.The principle process of extracting quartz and feldspar includes desliming and magnetic separation to remove iron;the waste rock should be desulfurized before being used as a sand aggregate.This study can provide a theoretical basis for the research on mineral processing technology of the gold mine waste rock in Xiaoqinling gold mining district in Lingbao,realizing the recycling of waste rock,the goal of tailings-free mine,and improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources.
