摘 要:随着我国高速铁路建设的快速发展,穿越城市的铁路隧道施工也逐步增多,在市区受外部复杂环境及地质条件的影响下,如何保证技术、质量、安全、经济、进度等综合指标均衡施工,本文以沈白高铁顺城隧道为工程背景,结合排水通道(斜井)的施工经验,针对穿越城市铁路隧道成本控制,以控制爆破开挖、破碎锤开挖及悬臂掘进机开挖的实施方案进行经济比选,总结非爆破机械开挖的经济最优方案,实现类似工程的经济成本可控。With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China,the construction of railway tunnels crossing cities is gradually increasing.Under the influence of external complex environment and geological conditions in the urban area,how to ensure balanced construction of comprehensive indicators such as technology,quality,safety,economy,and progress?This article takes the Shuncheng Tunnel of the Shenbai high-speed railway as the engineering background,combined with the construction experience of drainage channels(inclined shafts),and focuses on cost control of railway tunnels crossing cities.Economic comparison and selection of implementation plans for controlled blasting excavation,crushing hammer excavation,and cantilever tunneling machine excavation are conducted,and the optimal economic plan for non blasting mechanical excavation is summarized,achieving controllable economic costs for similar project.
