摘  要:本文基于离散元数值模拟方法,对碳素挤压机中的颗粒型态行为进行分析。对碳素挤压机不同型嘴采用不同粒径和长宽比的糊料颗粒进行挤压仿真,通过平均颗粒流动速度来表征糊料颗粒的挤压成型效果。计算结果表明,挤压过程中,颗粒的长宽比对其变形和流动有着显著的影响,较大的长宽比可以明显减小径向扰动,提高颗粒形态的轴向取向;一定粒径范围内,颗粒大小对整体效果影响较小,从而验证模型在该粒径范围内模拟结果的稳定性;对比三种型嘴中糊料颗粒的流动特性,遴选出符合设计目标的型嘴,为下一阶段型嘴设计工作提供参考。In this paper,the particle morphological behavior in carbon extruder is analyzed based on discrete element numerical simulation method.The extrusion simulation of paste particles with different particle sizes and aspect ratios was carried out on different nozzles of carbon extruder,and the extrusion molding effect of paste particles was characterized by the average particle flow speed.The calculation results show that during the extrusion process,the aspect ratio of particles has a significant influence on their deformation and flow,and a larger aspect ratio can significantly reduce the radial disturbance and improve the axial orientation of the particle morphology.Within a certain particle size range,particle size has little influence on the overall effect,to verify the stability of the simulation results in this particle size range.The flow characteristics of paste particles in the three nozzles were compared,and the nozzles that met the design objectives were selected to provide reference for the next stage of nozzle design.
