水泥改性磷建筑石膏自流平砂浆的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：通过掺入P·O 42.5水泥对磷建筑石膏进行改性,并采用控制变量法研究减水剂、纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉及水料比、胶砂比对水泥改性后磷建筑石膏自流平砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,对磷建筑石膏改性的最佳水泥掺量为5%~10%;在水泥掺量为10%,水料比为0.45条件下,减水剂最佳掺量为0.20%~0.25%、纤维素醚最佳掺量为0.10%~0.15%、可再分散乳胶粉最佳掺量为0.05%~0.10%。采用90%磷建筑石膏和10%水泥的胶凝材料、0.36水料比、9:1胶砂比、0.20%减水剂、0.15%纤维素醚、0.05%可再分散乳胶粉,能制备出满足《石膏基自流平砂浆》(JC/T 1023-2021)规范要求的磷建筑石膏自流平砂浆。P·O 42.5 cement was added to modify phosphorus building gypsum,and the influence of water reducing agent,cellulose ether,redispersible emulsion powder,water-material ratio and cementity-sand ratio on the properties of self-leveling phosphorus building gypsum mortar modified by cement was studied by using control variable method.The results show that the optimum cement content for phosphorus construction gypsum modification is 5%~10%.Under the conditions of cement content of 10%and water/material ratio of 0.45,the optimal content of water reducing agent is 0.20%~0.25%,the optimal content of cellulose ether is 0.10%~0.15%,and the optimal content of redispersible emulsion powder is 0.05%~0.10%.The strength of mortar can be improved by reducing the ratio of water to material and increasing the ratio of cement to sand.Using 90%phosphorus building gypsum and 10%cement cementing material,0.36 water-material ratio,9:1 cementity-sand ratio,0.20%water-reducing agent,0.15%cellulose ether,0.05%redispersible emulsion powder,can prepare phosphorus building gypsum self-leveling mortar meeting the requirements of standard JC/T 1023-2021 Gypsum Base self-leveling mortar.
