摘  要:由激光空间与时间的高度集中性,可通过光学聚焦在目标处形成极小的具有极高峰值功率密度的光斑,从而获得对目标良好的毁伤效果。常见的户外激光设备作用距离远近不一,很难保证同一个光学系统在各个不同距离处达到最佳聚焦打击效果,本文针对常见的30~300 m处的目标,结合ZEMAX光学软件,采用反摄远型光学结构,对各个目标距离进行精确聚焦,系统在各聚焦位置皆达到了衍射极限。在衍射极限光学系统下,进行POP物理光学分析,分析结果与理论设计目标相符。最后进行了热仿真,计算了温度20~70℃条件下,聚焦系统性能的变化情况。Based on the high concentration of laser space and time,the target spot can be very small through optical focusing system,so as to obtain the strike effect of high power desity.Common outdoor laser operations have different working distances,which makes it difficult to ensure that the same system can achieve the best focusing strike effect at different target distance.In this paper,for the common targets at 30~300 m,combined with ZEMAX optical software,the retro telephoto optical structure is used to accurately focus each target distance,and the system has reached the diffraction limit at each focusing position.In the diffractive limit optical system,POP physical optical analysis is carried out,and the analysis results are consistent with the theoretical design goals.Finally,the thermal simulation is carried out,and the performance change of the focusing system is calculated under the temperature of 20~70℃.
