摘　　要：包括老旧小区改造在内的居住环境改善项目是城市更新的重要内容之一。本文以加装电梯为例,简要介绍了平层入户装饰装修的主要形式、主要阶段和施工重难点,为今后涉及平层入户的居住环境改善项目管理和施工提供借鉴和参考。The living environment improvement project,including the renovation of old residential areas,is one of the important contents of urban renewal.Taking the installation of elevators as an example,this paper briefly introduces the main forms,main stages and construction difficulties of flat-floor home decoration,which could provide reference for the project management and construction of living environment improvement involving flat-floor entry in the future.
