摘　　要：室外管道修复是老旧小区改造中的一项重要工程,随着北京市老旧小区改造项目的日益增多,如何更快、更经济的进行小区内排水管道的更换成了值得关注的问题。城市中的老旧小区大多空间狭小,周边环境复杂,地下管道众多,开挖施工会对小区内居民生活、地面交通造成较大影响,而非开挖施工可以在不开挖情况下进行管道修复,有施工过程占地面积小、不会影响地面交通、不影响现有管道正常使用的优点。本文结合某老旧小区室外管线改造,介绍紫外光固化施工技术(非开挖管道施工技术)的应用。Outdoor pipeline repair is an important project in the renovation of old residential areas.With the increasing number of renovation projects of old residential areas in Beijing,how to replace the drainage pipes in the residential areas faster and more economically has become a matter of concern.Most of the old residential areas in the city are small in space,with complex surrounding environment and numerous underground pipelines.The excavation construction will have a great impact on the residents'life and ground traffic in the residential area.While the non-excavation construction can repair the pipeline without excavation,which has the advantages of small floor area,no impact on the ground traffic and no impact on the normal use of the existing pipeline during the construction process.This paper introduces the application of ultraviolet curing construction technology(trenchless pipeline construction technology)in combination with the renovation of outdoor pipeline in an old residential area.
