摘  要:针对现有桥梁上移动车辆荷载识别试验研究中车轴轴重识别精度不高的问题,设计了用长标距光纤光栅传感器监测桥梁横向应变的方法来识别车轴轴重的箱梁桥试验。该试验通过分析长标距传感原理和箱梁的力学模型,推导了箱梁的横向应变计算式;结合等效荷载概念确定桥梁上不同位置处的车轴荷载与监测单元横向应变间的关系;利用进桥端应变响应的波峰和波谷信息计算的轴重比和校准的车辆荷载对移动车辆的多个车轴轴重进行有效识别。试验结果表明:利用箱梁桥横向应变识别的车轴轴重最大误差为5.14%,识别的车辆荷载最大误差为2.08%,证实了横向应变对于识别车轴轴重的有效性,也提高了移动车辆荷载信息识别的精度,为有效预警超载车辆提供了有力保障。In order to solve the problem that axle weight identification accuracy is not high in the experimental research of moving vehicle load identification on existing bridges,a method is proposed to identify axle load.We take the box girder bridge experiment as an example and monitor the transverse strain of the bridge by using the long-gauge fiber brag grating sensor.The long-gauge sensing principle and the mechanical model of box girder are firstly analyzed to derive the transverse strain formula of box girder,and then the relationship between axle load at different positions on the bridge and transverse strain of monitoring unit is determined according to the concept of equivalent load.Finally,multiple axle loads of moving vehicles are identified effectively by using the calculated axle weight ratio from the peak and trough of strain response at the bridge entrance.The experimental results show that the maximum error of axle load identified by using transverse strain of box girder bridge is 5.14%,and the maximum error of vehicle load estimated is 2.08%,which confirms the effectiveness of transverse strain in identifying the axle load,improves the accuracy of moving vehicle load identification,and provides a strong guarantee for effective warning of overloaded vehicles.
