摘　　要：随着我国人口老龄化趋势的日益加剧,居家养老服务已成为老年人首选的养老方式。以六安市居家养老服务为例,依据该市居家养老服务中存在的问题,探讨和完善居家养老服务新路径。据此要加大政府政策支持力度,改革和创新居家养老服务工作运行机制,重视解决居家养老供需矛盾突出问题,建立一支专业化、职业化居家养老服务队伍,推进六安市居家养老服务体系建设。同时要开展服务跟踪评估,形成以老年人家庭为基础、社区为依托、市场为补充、医疗机构为参与、资源信息共享为平台的医养有机融合的养老服务新格局。With the increasing aging trend of China's population,home-based care has become the preferred way for the elderly.Taking home care service of Lu'an city as an example,this paper discusses and improves the new way of home care service according to the existing problems in home care service of Lu'an city.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen government policy support,reform and innovate the working mechanism of home-based care service,attach importance to solving the prominent problem of the contradiction between supply and demand of home-based care,establish a professional and professional home-based care service team,and innovate the construction of home-based care service system in Lu'an.At the same time,service tracking and evaluation should be carried out to form a new pattern of integrated medical and nursing care services based on the family of the elderly,supported by the community,supplemented by the market,with participation of medical institutions and resource information sharing as the platform.
